Party Terms & Conditions

Our party leader will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time and ensure all instruments & other props are clean and ready for your party.

Instructors will wear clean uniform including socks and they will wash their hands before & after each party.

If our instructor becomes unwell and unable to provide the booked entertainment, we will do our very best to provide experienced trained member of our team. In the unlikely event of this not being possible, we would need to cancel the party and would provide a full refund.

We ask that you….

Pre-book and pay for party by bank transfer or payment link at least 5 days before the party.

Note that our party leader will begin the entertainment at the pre-agreed time. Delays might result in a shorter party plan or an extra charge of AED50 per 15 minutes.

Accept that Music Monkeys will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during or after the party.

Payment Terms

The party fee must be paid by bank transfer or via a payment link provided by Music Monkeys at least 5 days in advance of the party.

Fees are NON REFUNDABLE if the party is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time.
