Private Class Enquiry Form

Our promise to you...

Instructors will ensure all instruments & other props are clean for your class.  We will not run classes if an instructor feels unwell or has a temperature 37.5 or above. Instructors will wear clean uniform including socks and they will wash their hands before & after each class.  

We ask that you….

Pre-book and pay for classes by bank transfer or via a payment link before the first class.  Attendees should not join the class if anyone has any symptoms that could relate to any contagious illness. Check your emails (including junk folders), messages for updates in case your class has to be rescheduled. Provide a clear room suitable for our instructor to provide the class.  We recommend the class isn't run in a playroom as it's often too distracting for the children. Wear clean socks.  Wash hands before joining in the class. Bear in mind young children are sociable, energetic and curious and we do not expect them to sit still throughout the class. 

Class Rules 

In addition, we ask that you remember: Food is not permitted in class. Photographs or videos should not be taken of any children not under your care. Classes will start & end promptly, please arrive 5 minutes before to get settled and ready to start. This is an interactive parent & child class, chatting is very distracting to the instructor. If your child becomes upset or agitated during the class, please step outside until they feel ready to join back in. Music Monkeys will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during or after a class.

Payment Terms 

Fees must be paid in advance of your private class bookings.  Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If we have to cancel a class we will provide a make up class. Payment should be made by bank transfer or via a payment link.
